How Noelle & Nash Made the Most of a Half Hour at Hamilton Gardens
Updated: Aug 29
A Half Hour, Scouted in Advance
Not every couple has hours to spend on portraits, and Noelle and Nash's wedding proved that a tightly planned half hour can still produce something beautiful. Scouting their photo spots at Hamilton Gardens ahead of time, close to Gate 2 so there was no need to walk far and no entrance fee for the main gardens, the couple set themselves up for a smooth, efficient session timed around the golden light of a mid November evening.
Purposeful, Not Rushed
With guests already holding printed mini schedules for the day, Noelle and Nash knew exactly how their evening needed to run, and it showed. What could have felt rushed instead felt purposeful, timed around sunset so the light did most of the work while photography and videography coverage carried on into the night. It's a genuinely useful lesson for any couple working with a tighter photo window: scout your spots in advance, know your timing, and build in a little buffer if you can.
