01. How do I know if you’re available for my wedding date?
Send us your wedding date and location through our enquiry form and we’ll check availability with our Auckland team. If your plans are still flexible, just let us know.
03. Who will photograph or film our wedding?
Your wedding will be assigned to a member of the Popin photography or videography team based on your date, location and package. Every team member works within the same Popin shooting, editing and quality standards.
02. Are your wedding photography and videography prices clear?
Yes. We keep our packages simple and pricing upfront, so you can see what’s included before you book. Any optional add-ons will be clearly listed too.
04. Can we choose our photo editing style?
Yes. You can choose from our four Popin Looks: Cinematic, Kodak, Natural and Warm Glow. Not sure? Cinematic is our signature default Look and works beautifully across most weddings.
05. We’re awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
Absolutely. You don’t need to know how to pose. We’ll give you simple direction when needed while keeping the day relaxed and focusing on natural moments as they happen.
06. Do you photograph Indian, Pasifika, Asian and multicultural weddings?
Yes. Auckland weddings come in all cultures, traditions and sizes, and we’re comfortable working with Indian, Pasifika, Asian, Kiwi and multicultural celebrations. Tell us about any important traditions or moments in your enquiry so we can plan around them properly.
